Success!

I know all of you were sitting by your computers this morning anxiously waiting to hear what new injury I incurred on this morning's run. Well, I am sorry to disappoint, but this morning's 11 mile run was completed without incident. Unless you count a near lung collapse due to 100% humidity an incident. But other than that, it was quite boring injury-wise. It's still early in the day though.
